Delivery charges
Delivery is ₹60 for orders up to 1 kg, ₹80 up to 1.5 kg, and ₹20 more for every additional 500 g, based on the net weight of the products. The charge is shown in your cart and included in the checkout total. Serviceability and estimated delivery dates for your PIN code will be confirmed on WhatsApp before your order is accepted.
Order updates
Your order begins as an enquiry. It becomes confirmed only after the seller verifies stock, delivery and payment arrangements with you.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact the store promptly with your order reference and photographs of the item and packaging. The team will review your request and explain the available resolution.
Cancellations and returns
Contact the store as soon as possible to request a cancellation or return. Eligibility and next steps will be confirmed based on the order’s status and applicable consumer rights.
